European Bakery Concepts (EBC) is a young company based in Moscow and consisting of a team of professionals and external partners working in the Russian baking industry for more than 20 years. Prior to setting up European Bakery Concepts, we were responsible for the Russian business of one of the leading European manufacturers of bakery equipment.

During this time, we established excellent working relationships with most Russian bakeries. Our extensive network within the industry allows for direct access to key decision makers from small artisanal bakeries all the way up to big industrial producers.

As an independent consultancy company, EBC assists Russian bakeries in selecting the most relevant technical solutions and partners to produce premium, high-margin bakery products. Partners include WP Kemper as well as locally Fritsch and MIWE and other companies.

Most recent projects, in which EBC played a leading role, included the delivery of a production line for artisan bread as well as bread slicing / packaging equipment to various bakeries in the Voronezh region.

European Bakery Concepts also specializes in organizational development for bakeries and cooperates with a German partner, GfB Berlin. It has recently developed a training targeted at Executive managers of the Russian baking industry. Key focus areas are insights and outlooks of the European market, inside visits to leading bread manufacturers with various levels of automatization in Germany as well as understanding their retail concepts. Other stakeholders of this training initiative include the Russian Bakers Union, the State University for Engineering Technologies, Voronezh and VDB, one of Germany’s leading baking industry associations.
