The Russian Bakers Union and the Voronezh State University for Engineering Technologies are amongst the stakeholders in a training initiative targeted at Executive managers of the Russian baking industry.
Key focus areas are insights and outlooks of the European market, inside visits to leading bread manufacturers with various levels of automatization in Germany as well as understanding their retail concepts.
Other cooperation partners include the VDB, one of Germany’s leading baking industry associations.
